Submission Guidelines

Instruction to authors for the initial submission

Authors are invited to submit original, previously unpublished research papers, proposing novel solutions or describing particular challenges or experiences relevant to the scope of the conference.

Submitted Papers should not be currently under review by any other conference or journal.

Papers should be written in English and formatted according to the Springer CCIS Formatting style

- Full papers must have a length of 12-15 pages.

- Short Papers must have a length of 6-11 pages.

Double Blind Evaluation:

In order to increase high quality papers and independent merit, the evaluation process is double blind.

Important Note for Double blind review policy: The papers submitted for review MUST not contain the authors’ names, affiliations, or any information that may disclose the authors’ identity (this information is to be restored in the camera-ready version upon acceptance).

Please replace author names and affiliations with Xs on submitted papers. In particular, in the version submitted for review please avoid explicit auto-references, such as “in [1] we show” — consider “in [1] it is shown“. I.e., you may cite your own previous works provided that it is not deducible from the text that the cited work belongs to the authors. When citing your previous work, please keep the names with Xs.

Papers must be submitted electronically using  online submission system

by the 21st April 2024 at :

  • The paper does not contain any plagiarism.
  • The paper will be presented by the author or a co-author in person.

The IAPR retains the right to eliminate any papers in violation of these requirements and to exclude the authors of such papers from future IAPR community activities.

For the full statement of IAPR ethical requirements for authors see link: http://www.iapr.org/constitution/soe.php.
