Bio: He received the M.Sc. degree in biometrics from UPEC University in 2012 and the Ph.D. degree in computer science from Normandy University in 2017. He has been temporary research and teaching assistant and postdoc with INSA Normandy and ISAE SUPAERO respectively. He is currently an Associate Professor at the University of Technologye of Compiegne (UTC). He has authored or coauthored more than 40 technical papers at prestigious international journals and conferences, including the IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON NEURAL NETWORKS AND LEARNING SYSTEMS, IEEE TRANSACTIONS on SYSTEMS, MAN, and CYBERNETICS: SYSTEMS, IEEE JOURNAL of BIOMEDICAL and HEALTH INFORMATICS, INFORMATION FUSION and ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE REVIEW. Dr. Rida serves/served as an Associate Editor for IMAGE and VISION COMPUTING and MULTIMEDIA TOOLS and APPLICATIONS. Bio: He received the Ph.D. degree from the University of Paris-Est, France, in 2010. He is currently a Tenured Professor and the Founding Director of the Communications Over Sensors (ComSens) Research Laboratory, Department of Computer Science, COMSATS University Islamabad, Islamabad Campus. He has served as Visiting Professor at University of Technology Sydney (UTS), Australia. Now, he is also working as Visiting Professor in International Graduate School of Artificial Intelligence, National Yunlin University of Science and Technology, Taiwan. He has supervised 203 Master’s and 34 Ph.D. theses. He has authored over 950 articles in technical journals and international conferences. His research interests include energy optimization in smart/microgrids, health care, wireless sensor networks using blockchain and data analytics/AI. He received the Best University Teacher Award (BUTA’16) from the Higher Education Commission (HEC), Pakistan, in 2016, and the Research Productivity Award (RPA’17) from the Pakistan Council for Science and Technology (PCST), in 2017. He has delivered many Keynote and invited speeches in national and international conferences. With 28,000 Citations and 83 H-Index, he is Pakistan’s Best Scientist in Engineering & Technology/Computer Science in the Stanford University’s List of Top 2% Scientists in the World.

Bio: 

Jawad Ahmad (SMIEEE) is a highly experienced teacher with more than 13 years of teaching and research experience in prestigious institutes. He has taught at renowned institutions such as Edinburgh Napier University (UK), Glasgow Caledonian University (UK) and Hongik University (South Korea) etc. He has also served as a supervisor for several PhD, MSc, and undergraduate students, providing guidance and support for their dissertations. He has published in renowned journals including IEEE Transactions, ACM Transactions, Elsevier and Springer with over 180 research papers and 4500 citations (H-Index 40). For the past three years, his name has appeared on the list of the world’s top 2% scientists in Cybersecurity, as published by Clarivate (a list endorsed by Stanford University, USA). Furthermore, in 2020, he was recognized as Global Talent in the area of Cybersecurity by the UK Research and Innovation Body and the Royal Academy of Engineering (UK). Talk title : Pattern Recognition and Image Analysis of Granular Media

Bio: Johan Debayle received his M.Sc., Ph.D. and Habilitation degrees in the field of image processing and analysis, in 2002, 2005 and 2012 respectively. Currently, he is a Full Professor at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Saint-Etienne (MINES Saint-Etienne) in France and Adjunct Professor at the University Gadjah Mada in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. He is the Deputy Director of both the SPIN Center at MINES Saint-Etienne and the LGF French Laboratory, UMR CNRS 5307. He is also the Director of the MORPHEA CNRS GDR 2021 Research Group. He is the Head of the Master of Science in Mathematical Imaging and Spatial Pattern Analysis (MISPA) at MINES Saint-Etienne. His research interests include image processing and analysis, pattern recognition and stochastic geometry. He published more than 170 international papers in international journals and conference proceedings and he was Guest Editor of Journal Special Issues. He was invited to give a keynote/plenary talk in several international conferences (SPIE, IEEE, IAPR…). He is the General Chair/Co-Chair of the international conferences ISIVC’2020, ICIVP’2021, ICMV’2021, ECSIA’2021, ISIVC’2022, ICPRS’2022 and served as Program committee member in several international conferences.
